Common questions

On a signed-in account device, choose the student profile from the profile picker. On another device, the student uses a 6-character student code — not your email or password — at the student code page.
Log in to your account, open the dashboard, and go to Settings for that student profile. You can view and copy the student code, and reset their PIN, from there.
Go to Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send a reset link within a few minutes.
The first quest sets the starting point. It is locked after completion so progress comparisons stay fair. Practice sessions continue as normal. Contact Peak Prep support if you need a genuine reset.
Contact Peak Prep support and we'll process it promptly. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
